Brian Grady
Brian Grady is originally from Syracuse, New York. He began his career self-employed in the furniture industry in Charlotte. Realizing he did not want to be moving around furniture at the age of 50, he changed careers and worked in IT security for a few years in New York City. After a few winters in New York the South was sounding very good. He moved back to Charlotte in 2001 and in 2002 started at CBS as an advertising executive.
Brian worked at CBS until he came to work with his father and two brothers at the Grady Group. He was also the Vice President of his church’s Men’s Club and lead an effort to bring the pope to Charlotte. He currently runs the HOM Ministry furnishing homes at no cost for single mothers. In addition, Brian is also a mentor in the Charlotte Mecklenburg School system. He has been married to his wife, Laura, for nine years and they have a five-year-old son named Flynn.
In 2008, with the financial crash, Brian lost over a third of his money. He knew there was something wrong with the system. That year, his wife asked him to help her with her accounts. He knew he had to do something safe and that it had to be good for their future. Through Brian’s research, he found the products that the Grady Group offers.
He truly felt it was a sign from God and decided to join the Grady Group. He gets to do what he’s always wanted to do. Help people and their families. DO for others what he was able to do for his own family. He is very excited about this opportunity but also very excited for his clients and their families.
